Isn’t each day of life a festival, and doesn’t each festival start a new beginning. Childhood is nothing but a promising new beginning for every parent and every teacher as they relive their moments through the experience of the little ones.
In this issue of ‘Little Hands’, we bring forth children’s thoughts and ideas on the festivals we celebrate. Their writings and creations reflect their understanding of culture and sense of social responsibility.
Every piece is innocent and unique – just as each child is; and gives an insight into the thought process of tender minds. ‘Little Hands’ provides a space for children to be creative without judgement, with the objective of learning from errors and thus, encouraging their innovative thinking.
“A child must know that he is a miracle, that since the beginning of the world there hasn’t been, and until the end of the world there will not be, another child like him.” – Pablo Casals
The Kidzee and Kenzen School community believes in unfolding every child’s potential and kindle their interest to learn.
“You cannot make people learn. You can only provide the right conditions for learning to happen.”
– Vince Gowmon
Every step the child treads forward is a new day, a new way and a reason to celebrate. Lets together make each day a joyful festival for our children!
